Refund Policy

NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?
Here are our guidelines for returns and exchanges:
  • All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
  • OIPS will take care of all reshipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. Customers must pay for return shipping if OIPS is not at fault. 
  • Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. Returns/exchanges can either be processed online.
  • Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
